Tracking Orders:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. For US order tracking contact Customer Service via email (admin@annabelleolivia.com).

What is your return policy?
We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, we are unable to offer any returns (except as noted below) or exchanges

What is the standard shipping time frame?

Packages are typically mailed out with 3 business days of ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.

How do I receive information about Annabelle Olivia and current promotions?
Please use the e-mail signup form on the bottom of any page on the site. You will then receive all current information about our new products, and any current promotions!

It looks like i was charged twice for my order?
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
